New Features/Improvements
- CART files are now staged when received instead of immediately processed. Users can identify growers with available CART data by checking the FSA Data Available column on the My Producers page, and staged CART data (and any further CART data received for the producer) is processed for a producer's report by clicking the Load CART data button on the My Data page in the grower's report.
- We've scaled up our report processing in Demo to match our production environment to make simultaneously-run reports move faster
